We submitted what i thought was complete and city comments came back with fresh requests
now schedule is slipping and everybody is looking at me like i caused it alone
for those doing electrical design here, how do you pad timelines realistically

permit reviewers can be strict this quarter, many people are seeing delays
document assumptions early and send confirmation mail. it protects you later
we now add two review loops in schedule by default because comments almost always come
