i document one direction then next day something else is said and im expected to just adjust quietly
its not even about being stubborn, i just dont want quality issues later because we rushed
how do you push back professionally when direction keeps shifting
shifting instructions tire everybody, not just you, so record everything
you can be firm and respectful at same time, protect the work quality first
i now ask for written confirmation before we proceed if direction changes more than once
