im trying to keep up in meetings but this man can run through decisions in two minutes and move on
i dont want to keep asking repeat every single time because it is affecting confidence

it gets easier with repetition, but dont suffer in silence pls
try writing the key decisions in chat before meeting ends, it helps alignment
i ask for recap email after meetings. nobody sees it as weakness
